its very difficult to follow the instructions especially when you have an outdated laptop
That's exactly the way I've been taking my screenshots for the last eight weeks since I got this vshp worthless piece of crap computer. I said BS never mentioned bshp. But anyway the only reliable way that you one-hundred-percent know that you are one hundred percent about getting a screenshot is by using your camera because the camera on the phone has never taken a picture and it's a Nokia 9 and the only reason I bought this stupid phone was to take pictures and videos of Elvis guys in Las Vegas and it never worked so of course I had to go back to my Note 3 phone because I have seven Note 4 is and they all went black on me within the first four months
