I never understood how this was seen as necessarily manly. It just seems like one of those obscure yet useful skill everyone should have. Why does something have to be manly or feminine. Just let it be a skill lol

Do we remove the cables with both cars on or do we turn off both cars and then remove the cables??
Ha ha, I had to jump start so many cars back in the day and I always hooked the negative clamp to the negative terminal. I guess that's no longer the way to do it.

Chris Fix says connect black cable to terminal on car of dead battery and black cable to ground, on good battery car…..not what you say though ? What's the deal on this ??

I just asked someone for a jump and he put the black clip on the side of his car and grounded my battery.
